Emeralda Management Group has established an international network of sales offices, representatives and public relations agencies that successfully sell and market high-end properties worldwide. A central booking system dedicated for business to business, business to consumer and global distribution is in place to manage reservations for our group members.

Emeralda Management Group has established an international network of sales offices, representatives and public relations agencies that successfully sell and market high-end properties worldwide. A central booking system dedicated for business to business, business to consumer and global distribution is in place to manage reservations for our group members.

This service can only be provided when the select property has been built in accordance with the design brief that includes FF&E and HOE details for design and conceptualization, all technical requirements are met and the opening date follows the planned schedule.

During the operating term, Emeralda Management Group will provide world-wide general sales and representative services involving visits to travel agencies, tour operators, national tourist offices and corporations; and attendance and promotion at major trade fairs.

Emeralda Management Group will provide international public relations, advertising and press services to the resort, that may include recommending a competent public relations consultant in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Emeralda Management Group will also assist in arranging travel plans for individual journalists, key tour operators and travel agents to visit the resort.

Global and Worldwide Sales & Marketing Representation for the Resort

Emeralda Management Group works with a network of sales and marketing associated offices and will recommend some of these offices to represent the resort in their respective markets. The representation fees levied by these offices shall be operating costs and expense of the property and shall be included in the sales and marketing budget.

For the domestic market, Emeralda Management Group will have its own reservation center with a booking engine and global distribution, of which the incurred cost will be shared among all Vietnamese properties within the Emeralda Management Group network and considered as operating expenses.
